About Juliet

I grew up in New York City in a world that rewarded performance. I learned early how to look confident, achieve, and show up, even when I didn't feel fully myself or truly connected. On the outside, I had it together. On the inside, I kept quietly wondering: what does it feel like to actually soften, and belong... to myself, and to someone else?

That question took me through business, psychology, and philosophy, and eventually to a Master's degree at Yale, where I studied feminism, human behavior, and what actually drives the way we relate. But the most important education came later, when I started noticing the same pattern in my clients and in myself: smart, capable, beautiful women whose love lives felt harder than they should. Not because something was wrong with them. But because old, unconscious patterns from their upbringing were quietly running the show.

That recognition sent me on my own deeper journey of healing, and eventually led me to the two approaches that sit at the heart of my work: Rapid Resolution Therapy, which clears the unconscious mind of old programming, and the VITA method developed by Layla Martin, blending Tantra and neuroscience to reconnect you to your feminine power and capacity for real intimacy. Together, they work gently but effectively to clear what gets in the way of feeling secure, chosen, and at ease in love.

Today, I've had the pleasure of working with thousands of women across the world who are done performing in love and ready to come home to themselves, whether they're still looking for their person or wanting to go deeper in the relationship they have.

Most days you'll find me biking around my beloved Amsterdam with my sunshine of a daughter, my little black pomchi, and my beautiful, loving man of 10 years, or throwing my head back laughing over a great drink with a friend. These days, love and life feel less like striving and more like coming home.

And honestly? I'm having a hell of a lot of fun. 😊
