About Juliet
I grew up in New York City in a highly driven, competitive environment. I learned early how to perform and succeed, even when I didn’t feel fully myself or deeply connected. I looked confident on the outside, but inside I kept wondering: what does real confidence actually feel like?

That question led me through business, psychology, and philosophy. At Yale, where I completed my Master’s degree, I studied power, leadership, and human behavior - and then began working closely with leaders and founders in my consulting work. I saw the same pattern again and again: smart, capable people whose confidence faltered not because they lacked skill, but because old inner patterns and stories quietly got in the way.

Over time, I saw that true leadership presence isn’t something we manufacture. It emerges naturally when internal friction quiets. When that happens, people think more clearly, communicate more honestly, and lead with greater depth and influence.

This realization led me to Eastern contemplative practices and Rapid Resolution - approaches that gently yet effectively clear what interferes with how we think, relate, and lead at the subconscious level.
Today, I work closely with leaders and founders who are ready to move beyond blindly striving and access a more natural state of clarity, confidence, and impact. And, my clients feel that resonance within themselves and with those they lead, all while achieving brilliant results.

Most days you’ll find me biking around Amsterdam with my one-year-old daughter, my little black pomchi, and my beautiful man - or throwing my head back laughing over a great drink with a friend. These days, confidence feels less like striving and more like coming home. And honestly? I’m having a lot more fun. 😊
