About Juliet
I grew up in New York City in a highly driven, competitive environment. From early on, I learned how to perform and achieve, often without feeling fully authentic and in connection with others. While I appeared confident on the outside, I was left with a persistent question: what does real confidence feel like?
That question led me through business, psychology, and philosophy. While completing my Master’s degree at Yale, I studied power, leadership, and human behavior, and then began working closely with leaders and founders through my consulting work. Again and again, I saw the same pattern: capable, intelligent people whose confidence wavered not because they lacked skill, but because old inner patterns disrupted how they communicated, stayed present, and achieved their powerful vision for themselves.

Over time, I came to understand that confidence isn’t something we build or perform. It emerges when inner conflict settles, making space for clear thinking, honest communication, and steadier connection. This led me to study Eastern contemplative practices and to Rapid Resolution Therapy - work that gently clears what interferes with how we think, speak, and connect.
Today, I work closely with individuals 1:1 and facilitate groups who are ready to stop forcing and start leading and relating from a place that feels calm, aligned, and true.
Most days, you’ll find me biking around Amsterdam with my one-year-old daughter, my little black pomchi Pepe and my man. These days, confidence feels less like striving and more like coming home. And it keeps getting more and more fun :)
