About Juliet
I grew up in New York City in a highly driven, competitive environment. I learned early how to perform and succeed, even when I didn’t feel fully myself or deeply connected. I looked confident on the outside, but inside I kept wondering: what does real confidence actually feel like?

That question led me through business, psychology, and philosophy. At Yale, where I completed my Master’s degree, I studied power, leadership, and human behavior - and then began working closely with leaders and founders in my consulting work. I saw the same pattern again and again: smart, capable people whose confidence faltered not because they lacked skill, but because old inner patterns quietly got in the way.

Over time, I realized confidence isn’t something we force or perform. It naturally emerges when inner conflict settles, making space for presence, honest communication, and real connection. That insight led me to Eastern contemplative practices and Rapid Resolution Therapy, work that gently (yet powerfully) clears what interferes with how we think, speak, and relate.
Today, I work closely with individuals 1:1 and facilitate groups who are ready to stop forcing and start leading and relating from a place that feels calm, aligned, and true. And, my clients feel that resonance within themselves and with those they lead. Their results speak for themselves.
Most days you’ll find me biking around Amsterdam with my one-year-old daughter, my little black pomchi, and my beautiful man - or throwing my head back laughing over a great drink with a friend. These days, confidence feels less like striving and more like coming home. And honestly? I’m having a lot more fun. 😊
